It's the long-awaited return of Melee to Winston-Salem!
Join us at the wonderful Mixxer Makerspace for a night of friendlies and singles bracket matches!
We will begin bracket at 6:00 pm with pools spaced out to avoid crowding before the top 8 play out in the main room.
$10 Entry Fee ($5 venue fee + $5 bracket entry) with payouts to top 5.
$250 guaranteed prize pool plus door prizes! Keep an eye out for some potential pot bonuses!
We will have a Twitch stream up and running featuring some of the Triad's top talents on the mic and on the sticks! Come show your skills and enjoy the return of LAN! Registration is up at Smash.GG but we're waiting to collect $ at the door. We'll be ready to accept cash, credit/debit, or venmo.
First 6 people to bring a full set-up (CRT and Wii or Gamecube) will have the $10 Fee waived. There are also 5 console set-up tickets, if you just want to bring a Wii or Gamecube and a copy of the game to plug into one of our CRTs we'll wave your $5 Venue Fee. In compliance with NC Melee rules, competition in Non-Profit Venue dictates that proof of vaccination and masks are required to participate. Winston-Salem is also under an indoor mask mandate.
