2min to Pitch Our Community

I was recently selected to be on a new business pitch show called the 2min Drill w/ David Meltzer where I had the opportunity to pitch our vision for what we want to build for our Winston-Salem (and beyond?) gaming community.  

1st place is set to win $50K in cash and prizes from participating sponsors and brand partnerships. The other participating contestants will receive consolation prizes. I'm not sure what any of the other prizes are yet, but we'll see!

I don't want to spoil the show with results so you'll have to tune in via Amazon Prime/Bloomberg TV in January 2021 and watch the episode. ​I did really well ;) 

The vision is to ultimately assemble an esports arena that will also serve as a multimedia production studio for local gamers and artists to serve as a home base for community events, content creation, and elite level gaming. 

I believe that eSports will be THE next global sport and family activity! Gaming and creation are super inclusive and empowering but access hurdles still exist due to high cost of equipment. My 2min pitch outlined that grand vision and I  threw in some bullet point steps on how we're going to take to bring this idea into reality.
