We’re Hiring Game Coaches

🎉 We’re Hiring Game Coaches — Help Players Become the Heroes of Their Own Events!

At Dash City Gaming, every event centers around the same core belief:

👉 The spotlight belongs to the players - not us.

Our mobile arcades power birthday parties, corporate celebrations, community festivals, reward days, and more. Whether it’s a kid turning 10, a team celebrating a win, or a school hosting a big event, our mission is to make the host and guests feel like the stars of the show.

That’s why we’re expanding our crew of Mobile Game Coaches - supportive guides who help create smooth, fun, memorable experiences without taking attention away from the celebration.

🎮 What Does a Game Coach Do?

A Game Coach’s role is simple but meaningful:

Create an amazing environment and help guests shine.

You’re not performing, leading activities, or being the center of attention (unless you want to). Your job is to:

  • Welcome families, teams, and guests

  • Help players hop into games and rotate smoothly

  • Keep the environment safe, positive, and fun

  • Support the event host or planner

  • Add your own “seasoning” — be energetic, be chill, be somewhere in between

  • Step in when needed, fade into the background when appropriate

Some coaches love being the hype and front-and-center.
Some prefer a quieter, supportive presence.

Both are perfect.
Because the celebration is about them, not us.

🚍 Driving Training Included — CDL Not Required

As part of the role, you’ll also learn how to confidently and safely operate our mobile arcade vehicles:

✔ The Dash City Gaming Minibus

You’ll receive hands-on training to drive and maneuver the mobile arcade bus.
No CDL required — we teach you everything you need to know.

✔ Towing the Game Trailer (Huge Opportunity)

Experience towing or backing up a trailer is a major plus.
We are actively seeking someone who can become the captain of our game trailer mobile arcade going into the new year.

If you’ve ever towed a boat, camper, landscaping trailer, or U-Haul, you are already ahead of the pack.

This skill alone can turn a regular Game Coach into one of our go-to lead operators.

💼 Flexible, High-Paying, No Corporate Drama

This is a 1099 contractor role, ideal for someone wanting flexible weekend work.

Pay Structure:

  • $80 base per standard event (about 2 hours)

  • + $25 for each extra hour the client adds

  • + $10–$30 travel bonus for longer-distance parties

Most shifts last 2.5–3 hours, including setup and wrap-up.
Typical total compensation: $80–$135 per event.

You pick the events you want — no minimum hours required.

👀 Who We’re Looking For

No hype performers required.
No over-the-top entertainers needed.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are reliable, friendly, and calm under pressure

  • Know how to make guests feel supported and celebrated

  • Can follow safety and flow guidelines

  • Enjoy gaming and helping others

  • Can learn how to drive the minibus (training provided)

  • May already have experience towing or backing up trailers (big plus!)

  • Can adapt their style - quiet, energetic, or somewhere in between

If you’re great with people, punctual, and comfortable behind the wheel?
You’ll be a phenomenal fit.

🚀 Why Join Dash City Gaming?

We’re building something meaningful in the Triad.
We don’t just show up with a bus full of games - we help create experiences that families and teams remember.

Our Game Coaches:

  • Keep things running smoothly

  • Empower guests to enjoy the spotlight

  • Bring calm, confident energy

  • Help ensure every event feels special

As we expand, we’re adding more buses, more trailers, and more game experiences - and we want operators who can grow with us.
