Step 2 - Roll Up

Residential, Workshop, School, Park, Business, or Brewery, we’ll bring the show to you!
We have a game coach who will set up the mobile arcade and manage it so that you can join in the fun as well.
Our mobile arcades can accommodate up to 10 players in the Gaming Trailer or 12-16 with the Battle Bus, but there is no cap on the number of partygoers. We have a wide variety of games to fit any age group and interest!
Step 3 - Clean Up
& Roll Out
A typical private appointment is 2 hours, but we can add bonus time to your event as long as we don’t have another event to get to. We aim to arrive 30 minutes before the event begins to set up and be ready for guests to play. After playtime is up, we’ll pack up, clean up, and roll out.

There is no strict guest limit — we keep players rotating so everyone gets time to play.

Reservation Deposit
$100 deposit required to reserve your date

Travel Fees
Based on distance from Winston-Salem (27104):
0–25 miles: Free
25–40 miles: $30
40–60 miles: $60
60–80 miles: $90
80+ miles: Custom quote
Power Outlet Discount 🔌
Provide a standard outlet near the setup area and receive a $20 credit.
(This helps reduce generator use and speeds up setup.)
Final Payment
The remaining balance is charged after the event, unless you prefer another payment method onsite.

Yes! We make sure the games match the age of your group.
Younger groups typically play E or E10+ rated games
Teen or Mature games are only used with the organizer’s approval
