We’re here to bring the fun to your event—any day of the week!

Pick your ideal date and time, then fill out our quick form to help us prepare for your games, players, and setup location. If you have special requests that our online scheduler can’t accommodate, don’t hesitate to contact us! Step 2 - Roll Up

Residential, Workshop, School, Park, Business, or Brewery, we’ll bring the show to you!

We have a game coach who will set up the mobile arcade and manage it so that you can join in the fun as well.

Our mobile arcades can accommodate up to 10 players in the Gaming Trailer or 12-16 with the Battle Bus, but there is no cap on the number of partygoers. We have a wide variety of games to fit any age group and interest!

Step 3 - Clean Up

& Roll Out

A typical private appointment is 2 hours, but we can add bonus time to your event as long as we don’t have another event to get to. We aim to arrive 30 minutes before the event begins to set up and be ready for guests to play. After playtime is up, we’ll pack up, clean up, and roll out.

Pricing Overview

Mobile Arcade Packages

Battle Bus Packages

The premium experience. Bigger footprint, bigger wow factor, and built for larger groups.

  • Gold (2 hours): $275
    The classic Battle Bus experience

  • Platinum (3 hours): $350 (MOST POPULAR)
    More time for brackets, team games, and rotations

  • Diamond (4 hours): $425
    Best for larger groups and corporate-style events

Bus setup: 4 TVs inside, with optional outdoor TVs when space and conditions allow. Best for about 12 to 20 players at a time with unlimited rotations.

Gaming Trailer Packages

A high-energy mobile arcade setup that’s perfect for birthdays, neighborhood parties, and smaller groups.

  • Gold (2 hours): $200
    Great for quick parties and younger groups

  • Platinum (3 hours): $275
    More time for bigger rotations and tournament play

  • Diamond (4 hours): $350
    The full experience for larger parties and longer events

Trailer setup: 3 TVs and best for about 3 to 10 gamers at a time, with unlimited rotations.

What’s Included

Every booking includes:

  • A Dash City Gaming Game Coach to facilitate the flow, set up games, and keep the experience smooth

  • Unlimited gameplay and game rotations during your reserved time

  • Tournament style play available for games like Mario Kart and Smash (upon request)

  • Set up and breakdown included

There is no strict guest limit. We’ll keep the rotations moving so everyone gets time on the sticks.

Bonus Time

Want to extend your event after booking?

  • Additional time is only $75 per hour (based on availability).

  • You can add extra time during your event, during scheduling, or request it by phone, text, or email.

Reservation Deposit

A $100 reservation deposit is required to hold your date and time.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • You can reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice

  • Last-minute cancellations impact other families and groups since availability is limited.

Travel Fee Policy

We’re based in Winston-Salem (27104). Travel fees are based on the distance from our base address and are automatically applied during booking when possible.

  • 0 to 25 miles: Free travel

  • 25 to 40 miles: $30 travel fee

  • 40 to 60 miles: $60 travel fee

  • 60 to 80 miles: $90 travel fee

  • 80+ miles: Custom quote based on distance and timing

If you are outside the listed zones, we’ll confirm the exact travel fee before finalizing your booking. Travel fees help us cover fuel, wear & tear, and transport time.

Power Outlet Discount 🔌

If you provide access to a standard power outlet near the setup location, we’ll apply a $20 credit to your booking.

This helps us reduce generator use, noise, and setup time.

We’ll confirm power needs with you during setup so everything runs smoothly. We always bring a generator with us just in case.

Final Payment

After the event, the card used for your deposit will be charged for the remaining balance, unless you prefer to pay another way at the event.

Game Ratings and Player Ages

At Dash City Gaming, creating a fun, safe, and age-appropriate experience is a top priority.

Here’s how we handle it:

Pre-Event Customization
Before your event, we work directly with the organizer to curate the game lineup. You choose what’s appropriate for your group so everyone can play with confidence.

ESRB Rating Guidelines
All games follow ESRB standards:

  • E (Everyone) and E10+ (Everyone 10+) for younger players

  • T (Teen) and M (Mature) titles available only with organizer approval

Active Game Coaching
Our trained Game Coaches are on-site at every event. They monitor gameplay, guide players to appropriate titles, and promote positive sportsmanship throughout the experience.

Mixed-Age Events
For events with a wide age range, we can designate specific stations for younger players and others for older players. This ensures everyone has a great time without compromise.
