As a partner at Dash City Gaming, his goal is to leverage his passion for gaming, content creation, and creativity to unite gaming across generations and demographics, fostering a more inclusive and diverse gaming community.

Founder

The architect behind Dash City Gaming. From Gaming, Esports, and Content Creation, my MISSION is to build a supportive community of staff and ambassadors whose objective is to create, play, and compete together across physical and digital landscapes.

Random Facts: Is probably Cookie Monster IRL, Retired Pro Adventure Racer, and Can't beat his wife at board games unless there's a heavy mix of chance.

Felix

Game Coach & DCG Ambassador

Felix is a dedicated video game coach and street team member. He has a wealth of knowledge and skills to share with others. He is always eager to help players improve their gameplay whether they are new to the game or seasoned veterans. In his role as a community ambassador, Felix represents us at Gaming Trailer Parties and engages with the community at events and other public outings.

Some of his favorite games growing up were: The Megaman series, Kindom Hearts, Castlevania, Pokemon, and Borderlands.

His current favorite games include Final Fantasy, Persona 5, Doom, Hades, Tekken Super Smash Bros Ult, and Elden Ring.

Promise Mangum

Director of Culture & Grit

Promise spends most of his time driving the lane with Bank Shot Media and other community projects. But it doesn't take much of his time to bring a tsunami of love and attention to any Dash City Gaming project he touches. Promise is a critical member of our Event & Tournament Organization team and like a ninja firefighter, he puts out preverbal fires before anyone sees the smoke.

Random Facts: He played Drums in HS, Huge Nas & Big Sean fan, and his first favorite video game was Bug on Sega Saturn.

Amy Rundio, PH.D.

Advisor

Dr. Rundio is an Assistant Professor of Sport Management at Georgia Southern University. She leads our organization's policy development and brings a wealth of guidance to our event management and personal experience efforts.

Dr. Rundio’s research focuses on how sports experiences can change lives, in particular looking at extraordinary experiences and personal transformations. By understanding these experiences, researchers and organizations can develop programs that result in desired outcomes.

Random Facts: She's biked across the U.S. Twice, is Also better at board games than Jefferson and wants to own all the cats.

Aaron Hardwick, Ph.D.

Advisor

Conductor, musician, husband, and father who loves all things music & video games. Currently a Music Professor at Wake Forest University and serves as the Wake Forest University Symphony Orchestra Director. In addition to being a Faculty Advisor for Wake Forest Esports, Dr. Harwick holds a graduate certificate in Esports Management and is an Apex Legends Coach and Player.
