We designed and built the trailer knowing what gamers of all ages want: big-screen TVs and lots of games! We have thousands of games available across the Xbox Series X, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, VR (Ages 13+), and old-school game emulators. When you hire our arcade trailer, your guests are guaranteed to have an awesome time playing their favorite games. Our staff will set up and break down, making sure everything is ready exactly when you need it. You'll never have to worry about finding floor space or arranging tables plus our gaming coaches will also help your guests get started right away.

We are available for private appointments 7 days a week! Choose the time and day you desire. Fill out the short form so we can plan ahead for the games, players, and setup locations. Give us a call/text at (336) 365-5288 or send us an email if you have a special request that the online scheduler can't accommodate. We'll be happy to assist with planning your event.
Step 2 - Roll Up
& Game On 🎮!
Residential, Workshop, School, Park, Business, or Brewery, we’ll bring the show to you!
We have a gaming coordinator who will set up the trailer and manage it so that you can join in the fun as well.
The mobile gaming trailer can accommodate 8–10 children or 6–8 adults at once, but there is no cap on the number of partygoers. An additional gaming station or two for multiplayer games and/or virtual reality can be set - up outside the trailer. We have a wide selection of games to fit any age group and interest!
Step 3 - Clean Up
& Roll Out
A typical private appointment is 2 hours but we can add bonus time to your event as long as we don’t have another event to get to. We arrive 30-45min before the event begins to set up and be ready for guests to play. After playtime is up, we’ll pack up, clean up, and roll out.
Pricing

No limit to the number of guests you can have at your event or to the games we play. The rig can comfortably fit 8-10 kids or 6-8 adults inside at a time. Plus we’ll bring game setups and VR to play outside the trailer.

Rentals for private events are $249 for two hours. If you require us for a longer period of time, add bonus time during the appointment scheduling process or by phone, text, or email.

A $100 reservation deposit is required to hold your date and time upon booking. Although this is a non-refundable deposit, we can accept a date and time changes as long as they are made at least 7 days before your event. We only have one trailer so canceling last minute often causes two events to miss out on gaming.

After the party is over, the card used to make the deposit will be charged for the remaining balance after the event unless you want to pay with another method at the event.

Our game library is huge and updated frequently with Xbox Seris S’s & Xs, Playstations, Nintendo Switch’s, emulators, and VR. Let us know f you have a particular request or a game that is a "must-play" for your event, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

VR is incredible and fun, but not so much for kids under 13 even if they’re begging to try it. Users and guests under 13 are usually not ready for the spacial awareness instruction and younger guests also have a tough time following directions of not getting close to a head strapped/blind user that’s flailing around. Equipment goes flying, someone gets thumped, and it can turn a fun time into a sad time real quick.
