The Gaming Trailer fits up to 10 players, while the Gaming Bus hosts 12-16—but there’s no limit to how many guests can join the fun! With a wide variety of games for all ages and interests, there’s something for everyone

Private appointments are 2 hours, with extra time available if our schedule allows. We arrive 30-45 minutes early to set up and handle all cleanup after the event.

Our game library is huge and updated frequently with Xbox Series S’s & X’s, Nintendo Switch’s, old school emulators. Let us know f you have a particular request or a game that is a "must-play" for your event, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Pre-Event Customization:
We work with event organizers to tailor the gaming experience. You can select from a wide range of age-appropriate games, ensuring all players have fun while parents and guardians remain confident in the content.ESRB Ratings Compliance:
All our games follow the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) guidelines. For younger players, we feature games rated E (Everyone) or E10+ (Everyone 10+). For events with older players, we can include games rated T (Teen) or M (Mature), but only with organizer approval.Experienced Game Coaches:
Our trained Game Coaches actively monitor gameplay, ensuring everyone plays games appropriate for their age group and maintains good sportsmanship.Mixed-Age Events:
For events with a variety of ages, we designate specific consoles for younger players and others for older ones, offering a tailored gaming experience for all.

A $100 reservation deposit is required to hold your date and time upon booking. Although this is a non-refundable deposit, we can accept a date and time changes as long as they are made at least 7 days before your event. We only have one trailer so canceling last minute often causes two events to miss out on gaming.

After the event is over, the card used to make the deposit will be charged for the remaining balance unless otherwise requested.
Pricing

No limit to the number of guests you can have at your event or to the games we play. The gaming trailer has 3 TVs and is ready for 3-10 gamers. The Battle Bus Mobile Arcade has 4 TVs inside and can have 2 TVs outside to comfortably accommodate 12-20 players at a time.

Rentals for private events are for two hours. If you require us for a longer period of time, add bonus time during the appointment scheduling process or by phone, text, or email.

Within 25 miles of our base (Zip Code 27104): Free travel, no additional charges.
25-40 miles: A flat travel fee of $25 will be added.
40-60 miles: A flat travel fee of $50 will be added.
60+ miles: Custom travel fee based on distance, discussed at booking.
